1912 Restaurant is a 33 seat, seasonally inspired, farm to table restaurant nestled in the heart of Glastonbury. We're recreating the warmth of home, the charm of the past and the richness of our local community. 1912 Restaurant is not a typical dining experience. We're providing a unique approach to dining offering reservation only pre-fixe dinners, hands on workshops, catering and private events.

Catering
1912 Restaurant offers onsite and offsite catering including in home tasting dinners. Interested in renting our space for your next special event?

Dinner
We are open for dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings. They’re a pre-fixe style 3-course menu. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal availability. Each dinner starts with an amuse as well as our house made butter and bread. Menus can be found on the reservation page. Allergy and Vegetarian modifications can be made. Seating starts at 6pm. Dinner begins at 6:30pm. We offer a non-alcoholic drink list. Bring your own wine/beer~ corkage fee $15 per table. $40 corkage fee for
reservations of 8 or more people. For reservations of 6-14 people, you may request a private room at no additional charge.

Chef Jordan & Kristen Patrick
We 're Jordan and Kristen Patrick, co-owners and husband-and-wife team who have been dedicated to transforming this space into the warm, special, inviting space it is today. Jordan, a proud Glastonbury native has over 20 years of culinary experience while Kristen's expertise are in event management and service, We are excited to share our passion and unique restaurant concept with you.
