We're recreating the warmth of home, the charm of the past and the richness of our local community. 1912 Restaurant is not a typical dining experience. We're providing a unique approach to dining solely offering reservation only pre-fixe dinners, hands on workshops and catering.

We are happy to provide many services at 1912 Restaurant.
Chef's Dinners
Reservation only farm-to-table
3-course dinners. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal availability. Each dinner starts with an amuse as well as our house made butter and bread. Menus can be found on the reservation page. Allergy and Vegetarian modifications can be made. Seating starts at 6pm. Dinner begins at 6:30pm. Bring your own wine/beer for a $15 charge per table.

We 're Jordan and Kristen Patrick, co-owners and husband-and-wife team who have been dedicated to transforming this space into the warm, special, inviting space it is today. Jordan, a proud Glastonbury native has over 20 years of culinary experience while Kristen's expertise are in event management and service, We are excited to share our passion and unique restaurant concept with you.
